Masia worth 1.1 million euros gets reservation contract signed in one week
Success story of a masia sales service for an owner in the Baix Empordà.
As soon as we published this masia in the historic centre of Vulpellac on our portfolio, valued at €1,100,000, interest was immediate. We listed it on a Friday in June 2025 and, the following Monday, a buyer had already contacted us wanting to view it.
In a consultation with our director, Àngels Sabater, we understood that the buyer had been searching for a masia in the Baix Empordà area for some time and had both the seriousness and the budget to close the deal. All that remained was the viewing.
That same week, on the Friday, the buyer signed the reservation contract to acquire the property – a village house of 319 m² built, with 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a garden and a swimming pool – without requesting any reduction on the asking price.
Rural properties do not always sell at this pace. In this case, our visibility in search engines, our accurate valuation and our negotiation facilitated an extraordinary transaction.

We sell a 14th country house to renovate in Rupit, Osona

We exclusively managed the sale of this 14th century country house in Rupit: over 1,200 m² of built space across 22 hectares, at the top of La Solana, almost two hours from Barcelona and in need of a full renovation.
It was a difficult property to sell. Due to its size, its isolation and the scale of work required, the buyer needed to have a very specific profile: investment capacity and a project befitting the estate.
We found them. An investor came across the listing through our presence on the main property portals and saw its potential to develop a retreat and events space with a rural tourism licence, making use of the land, the various outbuildings and the 18th century cottage.

Shortly after adding this contemporary style villa in Mont-Ras to our portfolio, we received interest from a high-profile buyer looking for a property with a Miami Beach spirit.
During the viewing, our director Àngels Sabater quickly identified what attracted him to the villa. The challenge was clear: despite its modern aesthetic, the property was over 60 years old and in need of renovation. By creating a renovation project that showcased the true potential of the property, we maintained the buyer's interest without resorting to a significant price reduction.
The negotiation was decisive. The buyer had their own agent, who wished to submit an offer well below the asking price. Àngels knew that offer would not be accepted and, after an honest conversation, closed the deal within a matter of weeks with only minor price adjustments.
