From search to building works: we supported an international purchase from start to finish
This transaction brings together everything we do for a buyer. An American couple wanted to relocate to Girona at the start of 2026 and, at the same time, develop a project with investment potential. We found them this 18th-century estate in Sant Julià de Ramís, for €850,000: nearly 6,000 m² of land and two historic farmhouses, ideal for living in one and creating a rural tourism accommodation in the other.
As international buyers, they needed more than just a property. We had the house ready for their arrival with cleaning, an alarm system and Starlink internet, helped them open a Spanish bank account, and supported them through the first steps of settling in, with a partner solicitor handling the immigration paperwork.
From there, our renovation expertise came into play: we presented a proposal for the estate, secured project approval and the necessary planning permissions, and building works are about to begin. All from the same team.
