Shortly after adding this contemporary style villa in Mont-Ras to our portfolio, we received interest from a high-profile buyer looking for a property with a Miami Beach spirit.
During the viewing, our director Àngels Sabater quickly identified what attracted him to the villa. The challenge was clear: despite its modern aesthetic, the property was over 60 years old and in need of renovation. By creating a renovation project that showcased the true potential of the property, we maintained the buyer's interest without resorting to a significant price reduction.

As soon as we published this masia in the historic centre of Vulpellac on our portfolio, valued at €1,100,000, interest was immediate. We listed it on a Friday in June 2025 and, the following Monday, a buyer had already contacted us wanting to view it.
In a consultation with our director, Àngels Sabater, we understood that the buyer had been searching for a masia in the Baix Empordà area for some time and had both the seriousness and the budget to close the deal. All that remained was the viewing.
That same week, on the Friday, the buyer signed the reservation contract to acquire the property – a village house of 319 m² built, with 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a garden and a swimming pool – without requesting any reduction on the asking price.
