We listed this €1.1 million masía in our portfolio—and the very next day, we received a call from a highly interested buyer.

This historic masía in the heart of Alt Empordà, Girona, remained unsold for three years with various real estate agencies. Its €1.5M price, remote location, and need for significant rehabilitation made the sale challenging.
The owner turned to Cottage Properties, and three months later, we sold the masía.
It was a matter of “the stars aligning.” A buyer who had missed out on a similar masía we sold got in touch to view other rustic estates in our portfolio.
