In the North of Catalonia, you will find this old water mill with a splendid vaulted room. The roof has been redone and it is possible to build a large pool in the water retention basin that supplied the mill. In its current state, it has an approximate area of 150 m2.
The mill is located southwest of the town of Rabos, ideally located in the Alt Empordà region, about twenty kilometers from Rosas, Figueres, many beaches, and magnificent places such as the Perelada castle or the Sant Padre de Rodes monastery.
The town itself, traditionally dedicated to the cultivation of olive trees and vineyards, is fully preserved and adorned with the Romanesque church of San Julia dating from the fourteenth century.
The land is 4.3 hectares. It is delimited by the two rivers of the place, the Orlina, so-called because it once contained gold particles and the Reguerada. It leaves from the exit of the town to extend in the shape of a triangle towards the south river. It offers at its heart a vast plateau, planted until recently with one hectare of vineyard and lined with olive trees. In its southern part, there are cork oaks, formerly beehives.
