The Masía is a documented construction since 1355 in the Municipality of Sant Llorenç de Savall This town is located in the northern part of the Western Valles, 45 km north of Barcelona, within a mountainous environment of great historical and scenic interest presided over through the Natural Park of Sant Llorenç del Munt and l'Obac-The farmhouse is located on a 91-hectare plot and has an area of 2700m2 distributed as follows:
Building 1.- A Farmhouse, main building consisting of a ground floor ground floor and floor, plus a semi-basement floor due to the unevenness of the land. It has a chapel attached, plus one hundred and twenty-nine meters of terraces.
Building 2.- Warehouse that is actually formed by the juxtaposition of two buildings, located behind the Masia, whose constructed area is one hundred and fifty-six square meters, distributed in a central hall and a room on each side.
Building 3. Warehouse that, due to the unevenness of the land, develops part on the ground floor and floor and another part on the ground floor with a constructed area of six hundred and fourteen square meters together.
Buildings 4 and 5.- Two independent houses that are part of the same enclosure as building three. In the annex buildings we have a games room, kitchens, bathrooms, dining room, warehouses, changing rooms, laundry, chapel and 8 apartments with their own kitchen. It has ample parking, sports courts, swimming pool and heliport. Among the various uses that can be given to this spectacular Masía is that of a hotel, educational functions, a restaurant, cultural events, a colony house, a farm-school or it is simply possible to use it for rural exploitation or rent for your exclusive celebrations.
