The farm is located in the municipal area of Albanyá, region of l’alt Emporda, province of Girona. The heights vary from 1,170m of altitude to 720m of altitude approximately. Holm oak, oak, and pine forest basically with the possibility of cultivation fields.

The farm has an area of 201.67ha. with a farmhouse in perfect condition of 183m2 of plant with 515 m2 built spread over three floors, plus an attached building for a warehouse of 316m2 of plant with 454m2 built spread over two floors. There is a water tank about 300 meters from the farmhouse with helicopter and hydrant access for fire trucks, which is permanently filled with water from a spring located above it. It also consists of another manso, in a dilapidated state, but that appears in the catalog of Catalan farmhouses, so it would be possible to rebuild it. On this farm there are some silver mines that had been in operation until the middle of the 20th century, as well as a farmhouse that served as a home for the miners, almost completely demolished.
